Cool cakes in the pan on a wire rack for 20 minutes, then remove from pan. Once cooled, place a plate on top, invert the pan, and gently tap or shake it to release the cake. Angel food cakes are usually baked in tube pans, then inverted either on feet attached to the pan or over a bottle to cool upside down while still in the pan—gravity helps the cake keep its volume. When it has cooled, run a narrow spatula around the edges, and release onto a plate.

Spread 1 cup meat sauce onto bottom of 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 3 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the ricotta mixture and 1 cup of the remaining meat sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining noodles, meat sauce and cheeses. Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.

Cook the beef in a large saucepan over medium heat, breaking into small pieces, for about 5 minutes or until no pink meat remains. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the pasta sauce, tomatoes, vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of the basil. Bring the mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes. 
I don’t know John but I think he should get some credit for this great lasagna recipe since it is his. This recipe on this website is exact copy as his recipe. He shared for everyone to enjoy, I think it’s fair he get credit for it.
Good Day Megan thank you for the awesome receipe. I love the cake but each time I make it, the cake drops while baking. I’m not to sure why, I don’t change temperatures nor open the door. Please can you advise me accordingly. Thank you 
You can use 2% milk, but the buttermilk is an important ingredient here. you can make a substitute (https://www.biggerbolderbaking.com/homemade-buttermilk/). for this you can use any milk really, it does not matter too much. There is little difference between 2% milk, and 3.5% full fat milk, all will be well,

Well not everyone bakes. Maybe this recipe inspired them and if they aren’t regular bakers they will have questions. I can bake bread that’s perfect and Devine without my cookbook. Been doing it for years. But I sure wouldn’t expect most people to do it and get my results . I love to answer questions about baking.
