Jim Appel: I made the recipe last night. I really enjoyed it especially the way the 3 spices came together. I love sauces and leftovers. The question I have is how would you increase the amount of sauce for leftovers. Would you just increase the broth/wine or increase all the ingredients including the spices, butter and garlic.
