“healthy living guide”

This looks so delicious me and my girl have been trying something new every Saturday we cook something different and new and I’ve been eating Mongolian beef from Chinese restaurant for years going to try this recipe this Saturday but I like to put mines on top of white rice thanks for the recipe can’t wait to taste it.
Thank you. I just wanted to check if pre browning the meatballs is best. I’m doing them with tagliatelle. I’ll let you know how they turn out. I bought meatballs from the supermarket that are a mix of pork and beef. They look nice enough although I would usually make meatballs myself. However, these were so cheap and convenient that I thought why not.
I’m not exaggerating when I say this recipe took me about 15 minutes to make from start to finish, y’all. It was as easy as throwing the ground beef into a skillet, mixing together the sauce while the beef browned, then adding said sauce plus a package of frozen broccoli to the beef and letting it bubble for a few more minutes.
This recipe is AMAZING! I wouldn’t change one single thing about it! You can add different kinds of choco chips, crasins, coco powder. There are so many different versions of cookies you can make with this recipe! Thank you so much!!! 😀 I have a hard time keeping my cookies soft and fresh, this was effortless with this cookie!
2. Shape mixture into 2 1/2-to-3-inch balls. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Smash remaining clove of garlic with the back of a knife and add to skillet. Cook until lightly browned and fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes; remove with a slotted spoon and discard. Working in batches, add meatballs to skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, turning, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
If you like your food hot—spicy, that is—we’ve got some recipes to help you turn up the heat. And liking spicy foods may benefit your figure as well. In one study, consuming a little hot pepper (in tomato juice or in capsules) 30 minutes before a meal helped study participants feel less hungry and eat about 10 percent less. Turn up the heat with cayenne, chili powder and chile peppers in these spicy recipes.
This right here is my boys favorite weeknight meal.  They beg me to make it every week.  Since we have been so busy with Lacrosse we have been having it every week.  It requires minimal ingredients and requires little effort to make.
I can’t believe this is like my meatball recipe except I use soaked bread and bread crumbs and I never thought to cook it in a crockpot . It taste better than cooking it the stove .My family very much enjoyed it thank you
Chili is always a great, simple, go-to meal, and this Red Bean Chili may only have a few ingredients but it is packed full of flavor. It starts with ground beef—we suggest you use lean ground beef in this recipe—seasoned with the flavors of tomatoes and chili powder. Kidney beans round out this beefy chili. Just brown ground beef with onion, stir in five additional ingredients, and let it simmer. To really let the flavors come together we suggest you prepare it in a slow cooker during the day. It will be ready in the evening for super-fast mealtime prep.
I am an avid cookie baker (I make 28 types at Christmas). I made these with what I had on hand – about 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips and about 3 oz. of a semi-sweet bar chopped. Using my small scoop It made 40 cookies. They were FABULOUS!!! I have a new chocolate chip cookie recipe. Thank you so much.
The only chocolate chip cookie recipe I ever use is one my Aunt Vicki gave me years and years ago, it is the absolute best choc. chip cookie I have ever had. Until today. I mean, these cookies are something out of a dream. Sorry, Aunt Vicki. :p
Eddie Jackson’s orzo pasta salad is a celebration of color and texture, including roasted cauliflower, earthy red chard, sweet cherry tomatoes, briny green olives, bright citrus and a trio of fresh herbs.
Just thinking about this dish sparks my appetite. The ham and cheese rolled inside make for a tasty surprise. The chicken rolls are especially nice served over rice or pasta. —Jean Sherwood, Kenneth City, Florida
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the eggs, sugars, vanilla, baking powder, and salt on high speed 5 minutes, or until the batter is thick and creamy. This step is key, so make sure to beat the mixture for the full 5 minutes.

  1. All you ladies with hunters in your family… This is an amazing recipe to use ground deer in! My husband gets a few deer each year so we never need to buy beef. But I don’t particularly like the flavor of deer and struggle to find recipes to mask the taste. This one totally hides the game flavor and we LOVE it! Thanks so much for sharing!
