Need to throw together a last minute treat? Make a batch of fluffy and buttery, cream cheese-glazed cookies using 1 whole (14-ounce) can of sweetened and just a handful of other staple ingredients you probably already have in the fridge and pantry. You will use 2/3 cup of the condensed milk in these melt-in-your-mouth cookies (which eliminates the need for additional sugar or eggs), then simply combine the rest of the can with softened cream cheese to create a tangy-sweet glaze. After you glaze the cookies and add sprinkles (if desired), leave them on the wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes so that the glaze can set so that you don’t end up with a mess.
While it resembles rice more than noodles, orzo is classified as a short grain pasta. Smaller pasta translates to a smaller cook time, so this complete chicken dinner can be on the table in just 20 minutes.
I made these tonight and they were great! It was a bit of a last minute decision and I didn’t have any ricotta so I increased the bread a bit. & I may increase the sauce next time. The amount of sauce was good and there was enough to cook the meatballs in, but it would be nice to have a little extra for leftovers. I also decreased the amount of salt called for the meatballs and was happy with the taste. I learned a few new tips while following this recipe (flouring the meatballs & not over mixing them).
I have a stroganoff recipe I have made for quick meals for YEARS but never liked the thick consistency of the cream of mushroom soup based sauce. I am so thankful I finally looked up this recipe- very good and the guys liked it! I wanted it a bit thicker – will work on that next time. Thank you for the great recipe!

Serve Cornish game hens alongside leafy bok choy and plump grapefruit slices. The combination of soy sauce, hoisin, vinegar, ginger and chile pepper in the hen marinade creates the perfect complement for the sweet-sour grapefruit.

Hello 🙂 can’t wait to make these for a cookie exchange this week. I’m going to double or triple the recipe. Do I need to double or triple the cooling and baking times too? Anything else I need to adjust? Thanks!!
Take this skillet mac and cheese to new heights by stirring in caramelized onions or bacon in addition to the recipe’s chicken, spinach, and tomatoes. Reduced-fat cheddar cheese and fat-free milk help keep the cozy comfort food’s cream sauce under 400 calories per serving.

My husband and I are not big fans of ginger, so i opted to add broccoli in p;ace of the ginger and omitted the scallions. I served it with Uncle Ben’s Boil in a bag Brown Rice. It was amazing! My husband kept going back for more! This is a keeper!
Far from being formal, bow-tie pasta, or farfalle, is a favorite with kids. Combine with familiar ingredients like ham and peas in a buttery sauce for a fun meal that even the pickiest member of your household will enjoy.
Spooned into small bowls to eat alongside the rest of the meal, citrus salads act as bright accents to rich curries in Myanmar. If you can find Meyer lemons, use a mix of grapefruit and Meyer lemons for a less bitter and more floral bite.
You’re more than willing to give peanut butter a spot at your lunch table; now’s the time to invite it to dinner. Stir it together rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and chili sauce to create a creamy, sweet-salty sauce just right for coating soba noodles.
Guilty of making recipes and not providing reviews. So, will try to improve. These meatballs are excellent. Can’t wait to immerse in fav sauce and cook for minutes or so to add some additional flavor to sauce.
I don’t know about you but I absolutely love cookies! Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies, hearty Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, rich Peanut Butter Cookies and gooey Salted Caramel Cookies…the combinations are endless! Since there are so many mouthwatering flavors I decided to create one Crazy Cookie Dough to fulfill all of those homemade cookie cravings!
My husband requested meatballs, and I can’t even remember the last time I attempted to make them. So I tried your recipe out and we loved it!!! It got the thumbs up from him and he asked me to save the recipe so we can make it again 🙂 Thanks so much for sharing – it was delicious!
This mini meatloaf recipe blends the savory flavor of a top-quality ground round with the zest of a spicy-hot vegetable juice. Pair that with a sweet onion and a Dijon mustard and you have an incredible combination that tastes great. A Pepper Relish Mini Meatloaf is also perfect for single-serving portions since your family and friends can take what they want. Back for seconds? Of course! You’ll never feel like you’re eating too much with the Pepper Relish Mini Meatloaves. These look—and taste—just right.

  1. I just pulled these out of the oven, a new oven that I’m still figuring out. As I was preheating I prayed to the gods of chocolate and baked goods that they would deem me worthy and not condemn my offering to the pit of burned morsels.
Worcestershire and steak sauce add flavor to these juicy burgers, along with a little garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Serve them with your favorite sauce or flavored mayonnaise, with or without cheese.
